We want you to love every piece you receive from us. But if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
Eligibility for Returns
• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective item or the wrong order, you’re eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Change of Mind: If you’re returning an item because it doesn’t fit or you’ve changed your mind, we’ll issue store credit equal to the item’s value. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, or we will deduct the equivalent return shipping fee from your store credit. Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
No Exchanges Offered
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like to get a different item:
1. Return the original item.
2. Once approved, you’ll receive store credit.
3. Use the store credit to place a new order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, makeup, perfume, odours, damage, or altered in any way. This is a strict policy as it is important to us that all members of our community receive their orders in great condition.
• All tags must be attached.
• The return must include all original packaging, such as branded bags, tissue paper, tags, thank you cards, etc.
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• All returns will be inspected before any refund or store credit is issued. Items that do not meet our return standards will be declined.
Return Process
1. Request a return by emailing us at stellalondonn@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. If approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
3. Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item.
4. If approved:
• Refunds for defective or incorrect items will be issued within 7–10 working days.
• Store credit will be emailed to you and will be valid for 30 days.
Important Notes
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Unauthorised returns without approval will not be accepted.
• If your order included a free gift (e.g., tote bag) and you do not return it, its value will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
